    So far it is a decent microwave. My only complaint is that you can't actually cook anything in the microwave if the time is in use.

    I can’t even figure out to have it run on high. Sometimes to just heat a cup of coffee that’s already warm takes 50 seconds to heat. My old one took 10.

    This is my second time around with this model. The first one lasted 2 years. Love the unit when it’s working so I bought it a second time. Fingers crossed.

    Great microwave but lasted only two years. Many similar comments online. Had to buy another one to match the rest of the appliances in the kitchen

    This microwave is over my stove which makes it a little to high for me to efficiently use. It works well but again, not as handy as my previous one.

    Bought to match Samsung gas stove. Disappointed it is not energy certified!!! Why not? Needed a white microwave to match stove which limited choices.

    This microwave cooks fine. The touch pad buttons are extremely difficult, you must hit them in just the right spot. Stove live is extremely dim.

    This is one of 5 samsung appliances I have bought from my local best buy at the same time. (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven) I am starting to believe samsung's engineers aren't designing these products with longevity in mind. the microwave has a rack on the inside and at three months 2 of the four support pins were broken beyond repair. Replacement part only cost $3, but because of how soon I had to replace the first two i went ahead and bought 5.

    Works OK but variable pressure required to program. We would like to have had the hidden door handle feature like the fridge and dishwasher we bought.

    I purchased this and it last a yr before I had to get it fixed i glad it was still under warranty. But the fan blew.

    Not impressed with this microwave at all. It’s missing convenient features like express minutes. The door closes very loudly. Plus, you cannot run the microwave and user the timer at the same time. Also, the fan just randomly turns on and I have to switch the breaker to turn it off. Glad I purchased the Protection plan for it. I’ll be contacting Geek squad.

    Fan could have been little quieter. Also, sometimes interior of the microwave gets too hot, even when running for just 40 seconds.

    Barely lasted over 2 years

    I purchased this microwave in November of 2017. Here we are in December of 2019 and it is dead. There were problems with this microwave almost immediately however. When I first got it I realized that the sensor cooking wouldn't work, the microwave would just throw an error code. I decided to live with it instead of going through the hassle of taking it down and exchanging or getting it repaired and the fact that I had never used sensor cooking much previously. Now the microwave is 100% dead, as it will not power on at all, the time doesn't even work. It isn't the circuit its on either it just has no power at all. I took it down and opened it up to check the fuses, which were fine, but I replaced them and it still isn't working. I own other Samsung appliances most of which were purchased at the same time and I'm less confident in them because of this (my previous microwave lasted almost 15 years). I have heard of others having similar experiences and have read a lot of other reviews elsewhere from people that have had similar issues. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying this or any other Samsung microwave!!!

    Both times I ordered the microwave was damaged

    It's upsetting when u pay for the product and it's damaged. U have to go to the store to return it. 1st return and 2nd one I kept even after fact it was damaged. It's just too much to go back and forth with. I would of not got any money for the damage which I kept ..instead has money would of been wasted. I drove to purchase it at the store & they didn't have it. So I had to order it online. That was my time wasted and gas money wasted.

    Samsung Problem, Not Best Buy

    First of all; I am not upset at Best Buy (far from it, I am thrilled with Best Buy). This is a review of the Samsung microwave. The microwave worked well for about 45 days. I came home one day and the entire unit was dead, no power to the fans, the light, or the microwave. The outlet was fully functional, so the problem was all internal to the microwave. It is under warranty, but because I live in an area of the country that doesn't have a Samsung Service agent (so theySamsung says, even though Best Buy says they do have an Samsung approved facility in town, and I called repair facility and they say they are) Samsung is hemming and hawing and not getting anything done. So my advice; is buy the Geek Squad protection and let Best Buy deal with Samsung. Do NOT trust Samsung to stand behind what they say. I am Ecstatic with the support from Best Buy; but Samsung is not to be trusted to stand behind what they say.
