    The first one we purchased didn’t work at all. We returned it and this is the second one. So far it’s working

    I purchased all new Samsung major appliances for my remodeled kitchen. I am not happy with the microwave! Just to heat a cup of water takes 2 minutes and 45 seconds. My last microwave took only 2 minutes. I have talked to Samsung reps twice now and they still have not helped with this problem. Samsung makes good phones, tv's, and other electronics, but as far as I'm concerned, their appliances are not worth the expense.

    Has some flaws as the door is not lined with the control panel and there is a dimple in the metal on the door that was not noticed until it was installed or I would have returned it. Some of the directions were not so easy to understand for the installation and having a Samsung before, the mounting and electrical holes did not line up so had to drill out new holes.

    Ordered two of these microwave both came in severely damaged asked for money back and bought microwave from Sears

    This product was completely defective. Cut out after 1-2 seconds of heating. Found this out after waiting over a month to get installed and paying $165 for installation (on top of microwave price). Dealing with Best Buy was an absolute nightmare. They would not replace it because it had been more than 15 days (but they would not come out to install it before the 15 day replacement period). So I am out for the full microwave price and installation price.

    This is the third samsung microwave i ordered. all of them came in damaged of some sort. The outside casing was bent.

    Terrible!!! Stopped working after 8 months!

    Microwave just stopped working. It turns on and off in the middle of the heating process. Had it for 8 months and just noticed that it will not work. Almost as if the fuse keeps glitching. This is a horrible company and their products are terrible. I have learned my lesson after purchasing a Samsung stove which had to go back two times.

    The buttons for the microwave are really hard. You have to really press down hard for the microwave to work.

    Not mounted yet. I did carry the microwave into the house, where I set in on the top of my kitchen's very level counter. I plugged it in. It seems to work all right. This microwave was bought new about a month ago at Best Buy. It was a closeout display model. I received and read the installation instructions, but no operating manual.

    The design of this fan is terrible, it does not pull from below as it is supposed too, rather it pulls from the fresh air intake meant to cool the interior during cooking. So it serves no purpose as an above the range microwave. I am extremely disappointed with this, I have confirmed the fan is installed properly, it just pulls the air from the wrong area

    Microwave was delivered damaged, was bought as open box in excellent condition. Was dented and handle was broken off.

    After having years of success with Samsung products we have met our match with this microwave. After three tech visits and countless times on the phone all materials in this unit where replaced and it’s now works. Hope it’s not a sign of what’s to come.
