    I bought this microwave brand new, it has a bump, it is dirty, the exhaust is missing and is missing other very important parts. It is suppose to be brand new but it looks used. Best buy REFUSES to do anything about it???? Will not return our money or let us trade in for the NEW one we payed for. Terrible customer service. Will never be purchasing from Best Buy again. Ridiculous.

    Very frustrated with this purchase. While the price was decent, the door doesn't align properly when closed. On top of that the motor coupler does not engage the turntable. Pretty sure this is just poor quality control from Samsung. Trying to get warranty work done is nearly impossible. Been on the phone for nearly 2 hours with different people. Samsung, Best Buy.... no help. Samsung's customer service is a joke. Automated and slow.

    It only lasted 16 months. Buy an LG instead. That’s what I replaced this with and am happier with it.

    Not as happy with this as I had hoped. It takes twice as long to heat things as the one I replaced. Very disappointed

    This replaced one we got in 2015 with a warranty that was not working properly. We had to install it ourselves, pretty lousy warranty!

    Buttons are not just quick one touch u have to press a couple times to get them to work. My $50 microwave works better

    I bought this Microwave at the end of July 2017. It is now the first of November and the turn table stopped working. This has now caused a fire inside the microwave that melted the glass and the ring... HUGE PROBLEM. The microwave glass should have never gotten that hot that it melted a hole right through it. Never in my life have I experienced this. Very disappointed.

    after 5 months the unit is saying filter and and can't figure out why and can't get it to reset.

    I purchased this item less than three years ago. Six months ago the sensor stopped working. It would still work when entering a set time but there was no sensor function. Yesterday something broke inside the door latch and now it won’t work at all. I have had previous microwave ovens last for years. What a disappointment!

    If you install this yourself leave 1/2 inch clearance on the left side for door to open. It rubs against my cabinets

    2 deliveries - still no microwave

    first delivery with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher - microwave internal screwing bracket delivered broken - was told this happened a lot on this model. Second delivery - microwave was SEVERLY dented - not the box -just the microwave so someone put a damaged microwave into a good box and sent it to Best Buy. Currently waiting for third delivery

    Was listed as excellent condition. Was not. Damaged - dented and scratched - and box looked as if it had been torn apart and pieced back together with manuals, parts etc. helter skelter. I have purchased open box items in past and this was a major disappointment. Never turned on so cannot critique microwave but BB's description was misleading to say the least!

    Having an issue in less than 2 years

    My Samsung microwave was installed in Sept 2015. In less than two years I am already having an issue with it. While running there is a very loud noise. Not sure if it's the fan. So far it is still cooking. To have repaired it will most likely cost more than the purchase price. Can't believe it's not lasting longer than two years. Would not recommend.

    Great Microwave!

    So far microwave has worked perfectly. It was easy to install per directions, probably took me about 20 - 30 minutes. This microwave is larger then my previous one but you can't tell when looking at it. The design looks great and makes my other appliances.

    I have to return because the door wouldn't close properly. I'll be returning. When we took it from the box it had scraps onthe bottom like it was used. I hope the next one works and be new. Now have to wait 4 more days until they order. You don't know how much you need a microwave until you don't have one.

    Still see finger prints, put it up ourselves and when pealed off the protective cover it was scratched, went to clean it and the “s” came off of SAMSUNG, called and still have not heard back. Also, haven’t used much but one time I did the glass try that spins looks like it is large and hits the door.
