    Very good working oven until it started to shutdown by itself within 20 sec after each start. It displays E-11 error code. Yes, it’s under warranty, but what good is warranty during Covid-19 pandemic? I expected a much more reliable product from Samsung. Very disappointed.

    Junk, it broke twice in less than 2 years. Samsung fixed the first time. Same part broke again a year later. Barely used the microwave. Samsung customer service are not easy to deal with. Horrible customer service. WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG DEVICE EVER AGAIN.

    I leave one star because it just stopped working! I bought this on September of 2019 and it no longer heats up. I bought all of my home appliances Samsung and tried to reach out regarding help with the item. Super expensive for a poor use of it.

    This is my 2nd samsung microwave in 2 years. My first microwave sat in the box for the 1st 9 months before kitchen was ready for install. Had to have black stainless,so not many choices. Called samsung for help and the price to fix outweighed the cost of a new one. Stay away from samsung.

    Microwave will not work and purchased 6 moths

    Keeps shutting down while using. Will not even work for 30 seconds. Huge disappointment. Never had this kin of issue with other microwaves. Very concerning that I purchased all Samsung appliance for my kitchen the first of Sept, 2018. Praying they give me at least 10 years of working.

    The product was delivered very damaged on sides.

    I bought the microwave right away as it stated it would be delivered in 2 days. Once I purchased it, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, it said it is delayed. It came late and when I opened the box, The edges on the sides were very damaged. Will be calling bestbuy to exchange to an undamaged product !!

    Purchased this product to installed by Geek Squad, only for the tech guy to install the product and it NOT work. Um, hello did you check product prior to installing to make sure it works. Bottom line... he installed the microwave then realized the microwave doesn't work. Waste of my time!!!

    This microwave started making very loud noise exactly 2 years from purchase. Discontinued use. Since product is out of warranty, servicing costs likely to exceed value of microwave. Best Buy says I am SOL. Samsumg says I am SOL - I expect products purchased at Best Buy to last more than 2 years.

    The unit was defective, and I had a difficult time with Best Buy getting it replace. It took a few phone calls, but I found out that someone in corporate drop the ball. I could not believe that it took two weeks to get a replacement unit. Best Buy may have the best price, but not the best service.

    control panel broke after 4 years. The control panel hooks that mount it to the microwave cracked and shattered. Now it hangs off the microwave. Part and install is too expensive so now I have to a purchase a new microwave.

    I will most likely not purchase appliances from Best Buy again as this has been a nightmare experience. If the microwave I purchased is installed successfully next week, it will have been over a month since I purchased it. Horrendous service.

    The first one died within a year, purchased a replqcement since the rest of my appliances are Samsung, second one died in 16 months. Just as bad as samsung refrigerators!

    Nothing against the product itself, just right before delivery was informed there was a major scratch on the appliance, so decided no longer wanted it since it was the last one they had and couldn’t replace it

    Only had my microwave for 6 weeks it has already guit working. Now have to wait for service to come and try to fix it. I think it is dead. Runs for 3 seconds then shuts off and resets everything.

    Purchased new stainless steel Samsung microwave plus installation at Best Buy. Less than 2 months later the microwave does not heat at all. We are disappointed, disgruntled, dismayed and dumbfounded. Do not recommend this product.
