    I purchased this microwave less than 2 years ago, and it has never operated effectively. It completely powers off at times. Now it does not heat at all. Who would have thought (in today's high-tech world) that a Samsung microwave would be a poor choice?

    Buyer Beware!!!! This plan has a maximum benefit, which is not disclosed. Your sales agent will only tell you that you have 5 years of coverage, not that they cancel you once service has been provided.

    First thing I noticed is that the plastic in that spins the glass is small and the grooves don’t hold it and keeps spinning out. Last straw-right now it’s dead!! It will come on but will not HEAT UP!!! It’s NOT even 1yr old!!

    I purchased it in Feb 9, 2018 and it stopped working in March 6, 2020. My first and last purchase of a Samsung product. I will Never purchase another Samsung appliance or anything else from this brand.

    bought 6 samsung appliances at the same time, 3 have had issues. 3 different departments.. 3 different house calls, 3 service call charges. all in less than 2 years

    I would not buy this microwave. It makes noises that it should not. I feel it is going to break again at anytime and the microwave is not even a year old!

    Sad to say the microwave is already dead. A large purchase for it not to last at least three years. Feels like ripoff!

    2nd one, Door broken again

    This is the second of these that I have purchased. Both with the same problem, the latch that holds the door in place is made with cheap plastic. It seems to be made to last just about 1 year.

    This microwave shuts off power after 10 min of cooking on high. It takes 30 min to cool down and something inside resets and it will again work. Clock and all settings return to factory settings upon power up

    Unit stopped working within first year. Have to get it replaced. All three Samsung appliances we purchased together all have issues. Only had them since February’19

    Stopped working after two weeks.

    I purchased the microwave and had it installed by Bestbuy. Within two weeks of the installation it stopped working. I am still waiting for Bestbuy or Samsung to replace the defective unit.

    Lacks the power of my previous microwave

    I purchased this product because it is the exact model for my previous microwave oven. Unfortunately, the new one takes about twice as long to heat food as the original one.

    This microwave is an absolute rubbish. Didn’t even last 2 years. Of course there is no warranty or replacement option. Waste of my money.

    Worst Samsung Product We Owned

    The microwave broked down little after a year. The repairs suggested were too expensive so we had to purchase a new microwave. Very disappointed.

    Didn't feel well built at all to start with. Less than a month of very light use, an electric burning smell came from it and it stopped working altogether.

    This is my second microwave by Samsung in 5 yrs. I DO NOT like Samsung products. DO NOT BUY THEM!!!! HORRIBLE I will NEVER buy them AGAIN.
