Didn't work after 15 days, had to take back. Overheat issues!

This is a very nice microwave... I think it's a little larger than most which I didn't measure but it's quiet and does it's job. Very Happy with it :)

Quality is excellent and this is the perfect size and fit for our smaller kitchen. I have owned it for 6 months now and aside for the noise level of the oven (not too bad) I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of design, size and with the cooking results. The rotary tray and the extra shelf inside offers even more cooking options of multiple dishes at once. This is the best microwave I have owned. I was able to purchase this on Best Buy deal of the day and payed less than 50% of list price making it a great deal too !

Not much to say other than this microwave does what it's supposed to. I opted for this one because it's the only one I've ever seen that has a ceramic enamel interior. This makes it much easier for cleaning. It comes with a rack that I don't use. My only complaint is that the bottom part that the turntable sits on, is a tiny bit loose, or sits a tad high. You notice when you place an item on the edge and not the center, and it seems like it's not level. Maybe it's just mine, but the store display one had the same issue.

This microwave is a nice addition to my kitchen. Very impressed with the easy diy installation. Comes with templates. Also love the features. Great buy!!

We bought this as an open box. It had a small dent on the side but once it was installed, you can't see it. The only thing that has bothered me a bit is that you can't run the microwave with the kitchen timer in use. Looks great and runs well.

Easy to use, looks great over the range and warms food quickly.

So what I thought would take roughly 30-45 mins, took almost 4 hours. The template instructions they give you aren't the easiest to understand so i ended up doing alot of my own measurements before i started to put holes in my cabinets and wall. The biggest issue was they require a wood filler (not something the normal Joe would have laying around) to secure the top screw to the top of the microwave. it basically is used to fill in the space between your cabinet shelf and top of the microwave to build resistance as you're tightening the screw or else the top of the microwave metal will just bend up and not actually get tight at all. Why not just offer long screws? Seems more sensible right.... Overall I do love the look and since I've only had it for a day, my usage has been fairly limited.

I installed this Microwave on my own. I have average skills when it comes to "handyman" work. It took about 2 hours removing my old one and installing this new one. The microwave cooks well and the spinning tray is a good bonus. The only quirk my wife didn't like is the following: On our old microwave you could set the timer, (Lets say for 20 minutes for what's in the oven) then use the microwave. (Lets say 5 minutes) then when you were done the timer would continue counting down (15 minutes left). On this microwave, you can not use the kitchen timer and cook at the same time. If you want to use the kitchen timer it renders the microwave useless. I easily remedied this by purchasing her a separate kitchen timer, but it was strange that our 15 year old microwave could do this but our new one can't.

I love the microwave especially for the price, features, and being 1.8cu ft. The mic does works perfectly and installed easily. The sensor cook is a wonderful feature and our food cooks perfectly every time with the right temp. The mic is very quiet as well during operation. I gave it a 4 stars because of the " wobbly " turntable which isn't a huge problem but I expected a better quality from a reputable brand - Samsung ! The stainless steels needed some caring where " smudges " and finger prints does obviously very visible at times. Otherwise, it is a good microwave for the value and price.

The best the tech could figure out is the cavity inside my microwave warped, causing the turntable not to seat and slide all over the microwave. It took 3 tech calls to figure this out over a 3 month period to figure this out. It took me over a month from the time the tech was here the 3rd time to finally get the paperwork for a refund of some money (not all of what I paid). I probably spent 5-6 hours on the phone, to get hung up on, not called back and tickets closed. Their "executive service" is a joke, the lady said she'd help me through e-mail since she could see I kept calling and then wouldn't respond. Finally had to put a nasty post on facebook regarding their service to get somebody to push the paperwork through. Product worked great besides the turntable issue, but if you want good customer service look elsewhere. You will be nothing but disappointed and frustrated if you have to deal with Samsung.

I love this microwaves, it's easy to clean and does it's job :)

We upgraded to this...very quiet, great functions, and great style. We will probably be going with other Samsung's for the rest of the kitchen.

I like the simple yet clean and easy to use microwave. It's over the range. So far we have not had any issues and since it's a GE brand I hope that it will continue to work longer then our previous one.

This microwave oven operates very well. I like the overall looks, the oven-like interior, fan and lighting. The problem was that the installation template for the top was not for this particular microwave. The template showed mounting holes that were equidistant from the center of the oven. They were not! Holes were drilled and then we found out that they didn't fit! We had to create our own template. This SHOULD NOT have happened! Not sure how the manufacturer could be notified but this is a very bad error.

I bought this to replace my microwave that died. I love the interior - does not get as dirty looking as white interiors of microwaves. The reheat features are somewhat helpful, though the "soften" feature for butter (e.g., when you need softened butter for baking) isn't very effective - it's much easier to just use the regular cooking setting for 15-20 seconds, but that's a minor complaint. It is very attractive and has been working well now for several months.

Had for 4 yrs and now the door isn't latching correctly so we have to mess with it to get it just right to be able to cook anything.

Best microwave ever! It's huge, and so advanced I can't even believe I finally got it!

This is a good product. I like the microwave. I have had it for 3 months now.
