    Worst microwave I have had

    Worked 2 months then had to return it. Sometimes it would work, sometimes the power would completely go out in the middle of cooking something and then it just stopped working completely. Hugely disappointed

    Do not buy this noisy microwave

    Bought this microwave. Had it installed by Geek Squad. This is the noisiest microwave I've ever owned. Fortunately it stopped working after 3 weeks and the Samsung repairman could not fix it. After holding for 90 minutes Samsung agreed to exchange it for a new one. I picked a Whirlpool this time...no more Samsung microwaves for me. Best Buy was great through this entire ordeal...nothing but praise for them.

    Save you money!

    This is my second Samsung microwave in less than 5 years. Same model bought it twice. The first one lasted 3 years and this one died 2 years to the date of purchase. Samsung appliances are the worse piece of crap ever! Save your money and buy something else!

    Defective

    Bought this about 2 months ago, just installed last night and for some reason it keeps turning on by itself. I pressed stop and it stopped but as soon as I opened and closed the door it started again! Finally got it to stop, walked away and 5 minutes later it started up on it's own again!

    Barely lasted 3 years. Awful!

    First the Samsung letters fell off the front of the door. Ugly but only a superficial problem. Now the latch in the door itself has become loose and won't lock, which means I can't re-heat food. I am not buying another Samsung microwave.

    Stopped working within 2 year

    The door is not very stable and unable to close after 2 year. Now I am unable to use it for anything. Could not find the door replacement either on Samsung website. Considering I have to pay $120 for installation on top of the product cost + tax, very unsatisfied.

    No more Samsung appliances for me!

    The DOOR broke on this thing after about a year. A few month later it went out completely. When I advised Samsung of my experience, they only said "This model is not under a recall". I've had good experiences with Samsung TVs, etc., but I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance... ever!

    Fell apart after a year

    First the door handle came off, Then the entire frame separated. Its may work as a microwave, but the plastic components do not last over a year. A door replacement is $135. So your $220 microwave just got that much more expensive after the first year. Stay away. It's junk!!

    Broke 2 months after warranty expired

    Buzzing/not heating. Megatron and HV diode bad. Contacted Samsung to see about fixing it at no charge since at the same time my drier went out. Samsung said it could not fix both my appliances after warranty expired (2 months only). Will never buy their appliances.

    Poor customer service and product

    Bought this product and broke within 4 days.... Best buy and Samsung was no help at all. Samsung can only offer exchange but doesn't cover cost to install and to un-install. I will never buy from best buy appliance section and any Samsung products ever again.

    Unfortunately I have to give a rating, but it would definitely be 0 stars. This microwave lasted 2 weeks and stopped heating. Their phones might be good but their appliance sucks. I bought a $60.00 dollar microwave and it lasted 3 years.

    Bought the Microwave in 2015 and it field in 2018. I used it about twice a week. It looks like it works but does not heat anymore. Found out that Samsung microwaves have a 29% Estimated Failure Rate

    Lasted less than 2 years, E-11 error keeps coming up. Used very little. Would not recommend. Appliances should last longer, Samsung was very uncooperative since it was out of warranty.
