We have installed (replaced old one) it on our own and it has easy instructions and very easy to install. I took 5 years warranty program for $59.99. We love this product so far no complaints except exhaust fan sound - it is making more noise than expected when I use level 4

This microwave sucks!

On the wall micros very often last for many years while this one had issues with its handle hardly after a year. It does not close properly. One has to physically hold the handle to warm something up. I tried to get the part from BBY Lowes and Home Depot but to no avail.

So returned it and they only has an open box item. It installed fine, but now 2 months later the glass covering the cook top light just broke and fell onto my stove. However the unit does heat well, for now anyway.

Great features, good cooking times, easy to install. The main complaint is the front panel is a bit crowded and not real intuitive, but I'm getting used to it.
