we got this item as an open box so we really had a good deal, it works fine and powerful cooks food fast. although after a few weeks it got a bit noisy and a few days back the grill sparked and knicked the inside :(. it still works though.

The first one I bought broke down on me twice and no one knew how to repair it. Not Samsung or Geek Squad, so I received a brand new one and so far it has worked perfectly fine. It's a very nice microwave with a very nice design.

We shopped a great deal and decided on this microwave as a good value at a convenient location. Sales girl was knowledgeable and helpful to answer the few questions we still had. The machine installed very easily and worked perfectly from the get go. As usual, we are happy that we chose to deal with Best Buy.

This was the only microwave that we could find in a stainless finish to fit our small space over the stove. Our previous microwave was much easier to use and raised our expectations for it's successor. This model, made by LG is very noisy, which was not something we could test in the store before purchasing. Also, it lacks the timer function which we used a lot in our previous microwave. In addition, the rack inside does not seat solidly and rattles whenever the door is opened and closed, making it sound like it is not well built. I would return it if there were more choices for the space we have to work with. Not recommended.

Bought this microwave with the rest of our kitchen set and am quite pleased. It looks nice in out kitchen and we were able to mount it above the stove to create more space on the new countertops. Very happy with this purchase - was able to get a great price after bundling it with some other kitchen appliances. The manager at the store was able to compare with the competition to ensure he was giving me the best price.

Replaced a very good 1100 watt microwave because I went all stainless with new Samsung refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Didn't feel I needed convection in the microwave since I have it in the new double-oven stove and my toaster oven. I just have to be careful because this microwave heats much faster than my old one. Has over the range lighting and exhaust fan with different vent options and it even matched up to my existing vents so I was able to vent it to the outside. This was an unexpected but welcome surprise.

Great microwave with plenty of space for large dishes. Looks great and is easy to use.

Just about every appliance we own at home is Samsung so I thought I would try this microwave. I love the look of it but the first one I bought had a huge dent on the side of it. We got a new one and that one had 2 small dents. We decided to keep it because we had already installed it but the fact that 2 of them were dented makes me feel like it should be sturdier for it costing $300+

Purchased the unit as an open stock unit. Looks and functions like new which is always a concern when buying a display unit. Great set of features and very pleased so far.

This microwave has features that actually work! It is a great looking appliance and works fantastic!

Looks great and is simple to operate. Huge inside and cooks evenly. Easy to clean and a nice design.

If it continues to work it will be great. One bought 3 months prior stopped working and had no receipt or know where it was bought so could not return. So time will tell

I've only had the microwave a couple of weeks, but so far I have no complaints. The blower on the microwave turns up to an impressive setting (it's loud, but no louder than other microwaves I've encountered). It also reheats things evenly, so there aren't any cold spots in the food.

Has been a great microwave so far very easy to use and looks great have own it for 2months know.

I have purchased this item in Best buy on sale.. We have installed (replaced old one) it on our own and it has easy instructions and very easy to install. I took 5 years warranty program for $59.99. We love this product so far no complaints except exhaust fan sound - it is making more noise than expected when I use level 4

Overall, we are really happy with our microwave. It was easy to install and looks great!
