Although it is new and woks fine it is noisy, seems cheap as it is not as solid as other we've owned

Easy installation and is very quick to heat items and to steam veggies.

This over the range microwave was pretty easy to install and is even easier to cook with. We are learning new features as we go along

This microwave is good looking,cooks quickly and fairly quietly.It was easy to install.I particularly like the four speed exhaust fan.

This is a great looking unit that's easy to use and works very well. Installation was a little difficult but came out ok. Nice lights on it too for cooking or nightlight. Overall love it!!!!!

This is a nice looking microwave at a good price. It does rumble and make a lot of noise when you use it. Food comes out fine.

On my second unit. First one was brand new but the bolt to install it was stripped. So returned it and they only has an open box item. It installed fine, but now 2 months later the glass covering the cook top light just broke and fell onto my stove. However the unit does heat well, for now anyway.

This made me wonder how I worked with the old microwave so long. this cooks fast and quiet, helps make the kitchen look better with all matching appliances. And, best buy gave me a killer deal.

Works well. Good value for the money. Install was straight forward and provides all the parts you need for three different venting options. Typical foreign mass produced build quality that we have become accustomed to these days. Unit rattles while it operates, sounds like thin metal to metal contact that goes away if you pre-load the right side by pushing on it or by wedging something permanently between the side and the adjacent cabinet.

It's doing everything I need it to do but until it's 10 years old without breaking I won't be happy.

Does what I need without being to complicated and it looks good with the rest of my appliances.

The couple of things I don't like about it. - The color and size of the display make it difficult to read. - The stainless part of it is hard to keep clean. - It is missing a few reheat options I was used to on my last microwave. Functionality wise though I like it a lot. Nice and powerful and it cooks evenly. Great price. Easy to install.

This good size microwave is simple to use, and have control for almost any type of food. It is quick and opens and closes very smoothly. I like it!

Love Samsung products usually but the cheapness of the outer housing was a let down. And now has failed 4 times to pop popcorn by using the popcorn button. Kicks on and runs but doesn't do anything. If not for getting such a good price(bought on sale) I would of probably taking it back. Bought the extended service plan and by the way it looks probably a good thing I did. DON'T pay full price for this its not worth it.
