Looks and performs top notch. It can move alot of air so decided to cut in an outside vent. Decided skip using template n measured all directly from unit. After HD run n pipe install.. We be venting outside by god! Lol. Only trouble was duct tape sealing the very back where the included microwave vent attachment will join aftermarket 4x10 pipe flange. I had to leave the front support screws threaded in slightly, where microwave was hanging dipped down.. Creating small space to seal up w/duct tape.

Needed repair in first week. Inner motor fan making a noise during use. Easy adjustment my Best Buy Geek Squad repair technician. No manual included with appiliance. Googled technical information related to settings & cooking. Works well.

My hat is off to SAMSUNG for packaging their appliances to ensure there is no damage. As like our range the (Whirlpool) was damaged due to VERY POOR packaging!!I called Whirlpool, and they said "THEY DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED APPLIANCES". It all starts at the manufacturer and because they use poor packaging that is why so many are damaged! 3 out of 3 to be exact. THANKS Best Buy!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Bought this item as an open box, but getting the missing hardware was an nightmare. Ordered from Samsung parts and paid for 3 day delivery, parts were miss-packaged and an empty box was delivered. A month later I am installed. Parts support not withstanding I saved 50% on a perfectly working microwave

What can I say? It is what it is - a microwave over. It has some neat features and I will say that the fan is good and strong without being terribly noisy. It's nice to have it match the rest of the appliances and the cost was great.

I haven't found all the things this microwave will do yet. It's certainly not like my old microwave, it doesn't just heat, you can actually cook. We tried taco shells and they came out just as good as heating them in the oven, it also browned them.

I purchased all new appliances in the black stainless, and this microwave finished the project. I love it! The only problem was the cooking light burned out on day 2 which I thought was odd for LED lights, but otherwise, perfect.

It stopped working after a year and a half. After I opened it, I noticed that the wire internally had burnt. I called Samsung and explained the situation. They visited my house and upon inspection stated that it cannot be fixed because I opened the microwave. The irony is that since the warranty had expired, I had to open the back to see what the problem is. Besides product failure, it also had issues heating items kept side-by-side versus stacked one above the other. Thin items like tortilla had to kept on a stand or an inverted box to raise its height.

After a couple of months of owning this microwave the plastic piece that covers the fan broke by itself. I called Samsung customer service and explained the situation and was told a technician would be out to take a look. The company that was going to service the microwave asked me for a picture of the broken piece. They came on the schedule day (during work hours, because they don’t work on weekends) the technician took a quick look called Samsung and they told him that was not covered by the warranty. Although I am bot happy about the cheap materials that break within a couple of months, what makes me mad is the poor customer service they have. When I first called to explain the situation they could have told me it wasn’t covered. When I sent the pictures to the technician they could’ve told me it wasn’t cover. No, they waited until the day of the appointment after I had to make arrangements to be able to have someone home to meet the technician to tell me that it was not covered. I don’t understand why all the hassle to just say no.

I purchased this microwave with a Samsung stove on 1/17/2018. A little over a year in, we started getting an “E-11” error message when using the auto cook feature. A quick search showed it’s most likely a humidity sensor and very common on this model. This was our first frustration. Then, in early January 2020, we started smelling this electrical burning smell when reheating some food and the microwave died. Knowing that a repairman would most likely charge more than I paid for it, I uninstalled the microwave and opened it up to see if I could repair it myself. What I found was quite scary. Take a look at the pictures for yourself. I reached out to Samsung support. Mainly just to inform them of the possible fire hazard. They were not too concerned of the issue.
