The unit is very nice looking and at a great price. The 4 speed fan is a nice feature and blue enamel internal finish is high end The unit did overheat after cooking a family size Banquet microwave dinner at 12 minutes. I took 45 minutes to cool down and reset. Only happened once.

Lots of functions that are useful, good overall value.

I love my new Samsung microwave it actually cooks hotter and faster than I’m used to by at least 20 seconds.

First purchased an Open Box to try and save during a complete gut job/remodel of our kitchen. Opened box and there was a giant dent underneath (vent area). Returned and after some haggling, was given a new one. Got it home, installed and all seemed ok. The first time I tried steaming veggies, it shut off. It took awhile for it to come back on (assuming that's part of the sensor cook feature). Then one night while getting home late from sports, we tried cooking a microwavable dinner. Shut off after maybe 10 minutes. This was all within a month or so after installing. We just knew after that to only use to heat/reheat food. Then this year (mind you, I purchased/installed in July of 2019) in July, it completely stopped. Tech support is no help. We thought maybe after it sat for awhile like other times, it would start working again. Sometimes it will heat things up but most times it does not. Everything else on the microwave will still come on, it turns on and turn table turns but it will not heat. The times it does heat, it takes much longer than usual to heat the food item up. So, we are now in the market for a new over the range microwave that is not Samsung and does not have Sensor Cooking. If you just need this to reheat food or microwave items that may take only a few minutes, this if the one. If you have a family and use it to cook family meals or steam-able type side dishes, you're not going to do it with this one. Side note: originally purchased the first microwave in Feb 2019 but due to set backs in the kitchen remodel we did not install until July 2019. That's when the dent was found in the first one and exchanged then reinstalled the second one July 10th, 2019.

Nice microwave. It is nice to have over the range. This made more counterspace room for our smaller kitchen.
