I don't know if something was already wrong, due to the open box, or if it broke after we bought it. Best buy was amazing at accepting our return and helping us pick a new one!

Called samsung, and they told us since its past a year that its on us to fix it. Really 13 months? What kind of piece of junk is this thing? Nice customer service there samsung
