Then a capacitor went out. No big deal, cheap, easy replacement. Then today while using it, it just goes dead with no warning. If you buy one, get the longest protection plan you can!

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just worked 11 months ! first they refuse the warranty because in the system they had another date different form the invoice date. after proof that was in the warranty period they sent a technician after many calls claiming the delay. they refused the warranty because there is cooking oil inside saying that this is a physical damage not covered. The Cooking oil inside the oven was because the bad extractor system. so this microwave cannot work as extractor and cannot be installed over a stove. wast of money ! I had a whirlpool with 8 years without any problem

Oh well. We brought it back and got a new one. It's big and pretty and I'm sure it's a nice microwave, just don't get the floor models!!
