My tech let me know that my vent tube did not appear to be connected in the attic. Although he wasn't allowed to fix it (out of scope of work and totally understandable), I appreciated him telling me. Explains why my smoke alarm would go off when we cookrf all the time for the last 7 years! Fixed now, thank you!

I was reluctant to get it because I've read several reviews in which people complain of the door handle breaking off while under warranty and samsung refuses to replace. I have not had any issues so far. My only complaint is the lack of a one touch cook feature.
