    Have only had this installed a couple of weeks. So far it is working well and has no issues. My old one (another brand) lasted for 17 years and still actually worked when replaced. If this one lasts that long I'll upgrade my review to 5 stars. It has everything I need and then some.

    Purchased this over-the-range micro in black to match a Samsung electric range I had recently purchased. While I mostly use it for the basics -- warming and defrosting, it has a lot of great features which I will have to learn and use in the future. I especially like the "melt" button for butter/margarine, etc. Very satisfied with my purchase; the pair look great together.
