    I was so excited to buy this microwave. But the new piece itself came as defect piece. By the time i got handyman it was over 15 days. After fixing it didn't work so called best buy. They said since it is over 15 days they don't accept returns or can't exchange. Had to call Samsung. They said same and said they will repair it. The repair guy is taking forever to come and pick it up. But very unhappy that I will end up with a repaired one without even using once

    We put this over the Samsung slide-in convection gas range and they go really well with each other. I was a bit concerned at first since the exhaust fan is in the middle instead of 2 fans on 2 sides. But the fan is strong without being too noisy. Besides the standard microwave, it has different cooking and baking modes that I'm still exploring. I love it.

    I bought the microwave and side by side fride in the black stainless to unionize finger prints! It does make a differnce compared to The light stainless! Lie the fact that this microwave is black inside! So it doesn’t show all the mess my kids leave behind!

    I had this same model microwave in white color before and loved it. Never had any problems with it & used it frequently. When we upgraded our kitchen to stainless appliances we chose the same model again. It has a better brighter light underneath but we were disappointed that the wattage was reduced-----but it still works good and we're happy with it.
