    This is a typical microwave. It does what it's suppose to do. Sometime though the auto heat for liquids doesn't work and shows an error-can't figure out why, but that's the only thing bad. It does tell you when to clean the filters, that's a nice feature.

    Product installed and works like expected. However no instruction booklet came with microwave and installation plans for hole locations in cabinet were for different microwave. Had to jury rig with large washers to install. Was not happy

    Disappointed because can't use the timer while using microwave. Have to set more time to heat or cook. Keypad hard to press

    This was a replacement for a 9 year old microwave. It is quiet and seems to work well. My only complaint is that even though It’s only a replacement model for what I had before exactly the same they move the screw holes in the top for no apparent reason

    nice looking OTR microwave, nice interior space, good match for my Samsung range even though my range is black the black stainless looks good with it . now lets see if it lasts longer than the 1 year and a few weeks that the Kenmore M/W that it replaced did. I did get the extended warranty on this one

    This is a quality microwave. It has good power and heats food up well. I like the feature of adding 30 seconds of time to the cooking with just a touch of a button. I do miss the feature of merely hitting "1" and "enter" for one minute of microwaving.

    Purchased this microwave to match our fridge and stove. Does everything we have asked it to do. The only thing that we have noticed is that if you don't close the door right the fan automatically turns on. Don't know if this is a defect but its not a big deal.
