Hello, the microwave is excellent and this was replacing another over the range microwave that failed. So far so good, and I would recommend this to a friend especially since i purchased it on sale for $100 below its original price. Mounting the microwave wasn't too difficult, but took me a little longer due to me just liking to be precise and not putting too many unnecessary holes in my walls and cabinets.

This is part of my Samsung suite that I recently purchased for my remodeled kitchen. This is a big, roomie microwave with a powerful extract fan which I need for my interior venting kitchen. Sleek and attractive, my only regret is I didn’t get the convection option. But that was my choice at the time. I’ve had no problems with this powerful and attractive microwave.

Easy to install. I was lucky that I could use the wall frame of my previous oven to hang it, the hole positions are little different. Instruction is clear. The only thing I noticed is that the touch pad is a little insensitive, I need to push hard to operate it. Good looking.

This Samsung microwave oven is very nice. I have used this oven for almost a month now. It is used every day no less then five times. The color (black) matched my other appliances perfectly. The oven was very easy to install, however for safety it is a two person job. I especially like the turn table it is larger then the old oven I had. After research this was the best microwave oven for the price.

The microwave is very user friendly. It runs quiet and has sensors for reheating food. No guessing on how long to turn it on. It is super easy to keep clean. Turned fan upside down before installation for venting inside with no problem.

Previously purchased another Samsung, but had to return it and got this one after the return. At first thought it was not got to be good, but it came out to work pretty good. It is pretty big inside, and not loud, which were my major concerns. Installation was fairly easy for this microwave.

The microwave is nice and works well. I like the darker interior. The first one I recieved was so loud(growling noises)...there was something wrong with it. We returned it without any hassle to our nearby store for exchange. The second one was much better, but still much louder than my old whirlpool.

We love it, so many more features and quieter than our old one.

I have to hand it to Best Buy on this one. They came out to my house three times to install this microwave. I purchased a Samsung fridge/range/microwave/dishwasher combo. I was told in the store that with the OTR plus installation, I would be able to get an estimate on resizing one cabinet to accommodate this larger microwave. When the installers came out, they informed me that they were unable to do so. After a couple more visits, and a call to a carpenter to adjust my cabinets, the microwave was finally beautifully installed, and my local BB store was able to refund a portion of my OTR plus cost, to my satisfaction. The microwave works flawlessly, as expected. The vent fan auto-detects heat from below and turns itself on if needed. When adjusted to the higher settings, the fan blows so strongly that it will lift my lighting panels up on my ceiling! The microwave comes with options to display in 12 or 24 hour clocks, lbs or kgs, etc. These options are listed in the instructions, but not assigned to any specific number (eg. Special feature 1, Special feature 2, and so on.) When scrolling through the special feature menu, one must try changing the setting and then test the microwave again to see which setting you have just toggled. A bit of guess and check is required if you want to customize these settings at all.
