Awesome product at a Great price. Fits like a glove

I bought this open box in "excellent" condition. The cabinets I ordered got back ordered so I finally got them this week. I started installing everything today. Final take the microwave out of the box and look for the instructions to mount it. The owners manual is missing and some installation instructions missing. I make due and do some internet research as I can't read the Spanish instructions that were in there. Come to find out the mounting bracket that hooks on the back of the microwave is missing. Super frustrating, as I had to stop everything and now that it has been sitting in my garage for a month I'm not sure what I can do. Wish me luck at Best Buy tomorrow I guess.

Replaced an older microwave that broke. Got this unit to tide us over until we eventually redo our kitchen. Works well, only issue is that you can set a kitchen timer while the microwave is in use. An older Samsung microwave allowed this.

Our other microwave quit heating after 7 years, so time for a new one. We went back with Samsung because of the quality. We also like the the interior matched our oven. No problems a fit right in place of the old one. I expect to get at least the same time I got on the last one.

let me start by saying this is my 3rd appliance I purchased from BB and i think they have taken over from HD/Lowes for my 1st destination for appliance shopping. thy always have what they advertise(and some) while the others always have to drop ship. so if you are looking for an appliance today--go to Best Buy. Now for my review--I hate samsung appliances with a passion, they are the worst designed i have ever used.( I own a matching stove) . All my life i have used GE microwaves and have become used to their intuitiveness and useful features, so when I switched brands after some 30 years i knew there would be a learning curve. so let me tell you the things i miss on THIS microwave. I miss just being able to hit 12345 buttons and it assigns minutes to my cooking time, for example on this microwave i have to hit -200 enter-to reheat a cup of coffee--on my ge i had to hit -2enter--get it. also the buttons on this are aligned to work horizontally instead of vertically--by that i mean you turn on the fan and then adjust the settings on its right, where as the ge was top to bottom :( so no big deal right--just have to reprogram my brain--but it is a stupid design. 2nd thing the buttons have to be pressed harder, or don't seem to respond to touch as easily. i am constantly re-pressing buttons over and over. 3rd -- the light over the stove is very dull, and does not illuminate as good as id like. 4th- what is with the rack in the middle and who uses that thing?? i find that if tou put two items in you microwave one on the glass rotating tray and one on the metal rack invariably they have to be switched half way through, because the bottom is getting hot at a much quicker rate that the one on the metal rack. and another thing the metal rack gets in the way when i want to use bigger items in the micrwave, so i have to take it out and then put it back--so i really have not found it to be useful. All in all I regret not listening to my inner voice and stick with GE but you live and learn.

This microwave does an amazing job of heating food very evenly. We just remodeled our kitchen and this is the perfect Microwave to help class the place up. Install wasn't too hard and instructions were easy to follow. The biggest con is that it doesn't have a brighter undermount light. LED / Brighter would be better.

everything assembled easy. Works like my last one with no complaints. What I don't know if I like the inside being black/gray. I have always had white and it made thing bright. This one is kind of dark

Had this microwave for almost a month & works great so far. The 400 CFM & price were the main reason I chose this microwave. The manual that is included is pretty basic. I had to go to manualslib.com to see the detailed user manual & view the different options available.

The microwave works but takes longer than the old microwave I had. However, this is the second Samsung microwave I purchased in the last 2 years. I don't this I will ever purchase another Samsung kitchen appliance. This microwave is easy to use and program.

This over-the -range microwave is great for this price . We got it along with Samsung fridge and a stove for our just renovated kitchen . So far I love all the Samsung appliances . The microwave is simple , easy to clean and it has a great feature - child safety lock , which works great for me, having one-year old .

Enjoying our microwave! The previous microwaved just stopped working so we replaced it. I feel that the rack area should have more space. Also, the door is much lighter. Overall, the microwave is serving it's purpose.

I've had this microwave for 2 months and so far, it's been working great. Looks good with my other Samsung Black Stainless Steel appliances. The buttons are a little hard to push, as others have mentioned, but it's not a big deal to me. I don't use it much for real cooking, more just for heating things up.

I received my item and the turntable didn't fit on the mechanism that goes in the microwave. The design appears to be really cheap. The second one that I bought fits but doesn't seem to fit completely well and I might have the same problem in the future. On top of that if I didn't want to be without a microwave for a few days I had to but a new one wait for it to arrive before taking back the old one. I have dealt with best buy support before and this is the second time that it has been a hassle to deal with returning products that was a pain.

The microwave fits in the spot over the stove great and looks good too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the control panel was a little confusing. Some of the writing on the panel is very light and hard to see.
