Overall is a good microwave, however it has many plastic parts going on and it is prone to break in the short term. The fan is powerful but too loud and lights are too dimmed. But for the price is an ok choice.

This unit, compared to the one replaced with the same amount of wattage, needs additional time to heat foods to the same temperature. On the pro side, it looks nice installed.

Good quality and reliable unit. Reminder to customers, however: Use the timer and not just put time on it with nothing inside. Blew the capacitor. Still cheaper to replace part than buy new.

I decided to give Samsung a chance when I purchased my new microwave. I had another brand in the past and was not happy. This one takes longer to cook than my old microwave, but at least it is reliable.

I bought this microwave, installed it, and it had a clicking in the motor. Best Buy exchanged it with no problems. I tested the new one before installing (big hint to new buyers) and it works well.

So far, only complaint is how difficult it was to mount. If you’re not really handy or don’t have an extra set of handy hands, you might consider paying someone for installing under cabinet.

I replaced my microwave with an upgraded model so I could use the same bracket after my last model quit working after being used daily for 5 years. This newer model is just as great as my old one was. Great product.

I had an older model of this microwave and liked it even though it had a few flaws. Samsung has corrected the problems on this version and I like that it still matches my other Samsung appliances. The older model was 1100 watts and this one is 1000, but it hasn't been an issue at all.

I really love this oven. It is quiet and the temperature is accurate. Even the popcorn setting works well. As for its appearance, it looks fabulous in our kitchen. It is our only large Samsung appliance (so far), but it looks great and blends in well with our other large appliances.

We love it! It has a lot of setting which we really don’t use but they are cool to play with. The finish is so nice, love the black stainless, no finger prints and easy to clean. Don’t take out the cardboard looking covers on the inside.

This microwave is very good, Heats up food quickly. There’s tons of buttons if you are heating specific food. The Best Buy installation guys were very professional and it looks great.

We received it by mail and once it was installed we noticed that there was a chip in the enamel just below the serial number sticker. Called and they shipped us another one. The second one had deep scratches in the enamel in the corner where the door closed. Had to get go through hoops to have it returned but finally got that situated. Went to a Best Buy location to look at one on display and noticed that because if the they way the inside is made it does not have a smooth finish because it’s not all one piece. Decided to look for another microwave instead of getting this one again.

Don't do like I did and loose the direction now I'm having to find the manual to download I've never really learned how to use a microwave right as far as all the different setting go, but it's a nice microwave.

Already a fan of Samsung products, we were happy to see a microwave that would fit the needs of our remodeled kitchen with the Samsung name on the unit. The unit has a removable shelf. The wattage is what we were looking for. The price was right.

I am very happy with this purchase. I love that it has a griddle. I have used it a number of times for a quick breakfast. Only complaint is that it tends to need clean up after each time you use it.

I mean its a microwave, so it does all of the things a microwave is supposed to do. My only complaint is that the rack on the inside is kind of low, so I have to take it out when I microwave almost anything.

The microwave has many options for cooking food. It is easy to use. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to have a brighter interior light. The light is dim and makes it more difficult to determine whether food is properly cooked.

It had all the features we were looking for and was available at a good price. The vent/fan takes care of business. The interior rack allows two level cooking, but we haven't tried that yet. I like that you can put time in without having to press "time cook" first. I hate that.

Samsung makes great products. The only one thing I dont like is the metal rack. It takes a way from internal space. Other then the the microwave is functioning well.

This microwave was an open box purchase. I liked the fact that Best Buy has this option to choose from. I think that the turn table is kinda flimsy but overall I got a good deal.
