It's a good microwave, does what you would expect a microwave to do. And it looks great. My only issue is the +30 second button doesn't immediately start the microwave.

I like this microwave. All the dumplings I put in come out fresh and hot. Recommended for making frozen dumplings. Only flaw is that is very large and difficult to install.

This microwave has the same outside dimensions as our previous one but the inside is much larger. It has some features that I really like, the reheat plate, the melt/soften butter. Super easy to use. No need to read manual. It looks great and functions just as well.

This is a great microwave. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad to install your microwave. I did it myself and it was tough to get the measurements just right. Don't risk damaging your microwave.

Purchased in a bundle and I absolutely love it!!! I was nervous to bundle my appliances because I would get the best bang for my buck but I wouldn’t get the best quality and I was wrong. It’s a very powerful microwave and I’m very pleased

Our last one lasted 13 year and it was my wife’s fault it crashed! She had oil heating in a pan and a neighbor showed up and she began talking and inside the pan started on fire and melted the microwave! We went looking and this was awesome!!!

Great microwave however 2 issues. Maybe? 1. Had to have a service tech come out as there was a loud metal grinding noise. Still not resolved however after some research turns out these microwaves have some issues with magnetrons among other things. 2. Sucks for making popcorn. Not sure why but F- on its ability to make any size popcorn using any setting. Either burns the whole bag or leaves 60% unpopped. You don’t know how much popcorn you want to eat until you can’t.

We replaced our old microwave with the Samsung. It's vent is quiet and has multiple strengths. I also like how it matches the depth of our cabinets. The door does come out pretty far. But positive is that it gives room for wider dishes.

I like the feature of the middle shelf on this oven. it helps to heat up 2 thins at once. I do think that the shelf could have been just a little bit higher to ensure bigger things can get in without taking the shelf in and out

I have a bias towards Samsung and that's because its products are for the most part reliable and full of great features. This microwave is no exception. It is spacious and offers a variety of cooking options for almost any situation. I would recommend this product.

We got this microwave as part of our whole kitchen upgrade. It looks nice but the buttons seem hard to push. It works fine otherwise.

The microwave oven is a second pair of hands. I can quickly heat things that go into the dish I am preparing. and, my coffee is always HOT. The day we came was a Saturday,the following Monday we bought-Thanks Samsung and Best Buy. We will return if we need something.

But this microwave 4 months ago decent microwave within hood underneath as well as lighting for different fan speeds for the price it's a good value.

This microwave is a replacement for a 16 year old appliance. It matches well with the other black satin appliances we recently purchased. It has all of the features needed for all types of microwave recepies we use. Couldn't ask for a more efficient appliance.

Very nice microwave. Can heat up two items at the same time due to the rack. Tried to use the sensor heating a couple of times, it seems to get really hot or not hot enough. Good purchase to complete my Samsung stainless suite!

If I knew that the clicking noise when you push the start button was normal I would rate it higher.So I can't recommend it to a friend until Iknow if its safe and nomal to make that noise.

Didn't work & had to have Samsung send someone to replace a part. Not impressed with receiving new microwave that doesn't work & no instruction book provided of how to operate it! Still trying to figure it out

Quickly heats up food and 4 speed air vent works to keep condensation from building up on the front of the microwave. Haven't used the convection feature yet, but am looking forward to very soon!

I waited 2 weeks for my first microwave..we my husband and me worked all day getting ready to put it up..and I thought it would be a good idea to plug it in and see if it worked..well it made the worse noise..I took it back to Best Buy and the manager said the fan was broke..not a real friendly guy either..it wasn't my fault..so I went to the back and got a different microwave..so I brought it home and we were ready to put it up and my husband notice a dent in the back of the microwave ..nobody can see it and I wasn't going back so we installed it. ..

I like this microwave, the only thing that can be annoying is the clock is a very bright blue light at night time, sometimes its nice because I can see without turning lights on. Otherwise this is a nice microwave and I would recommend it
