When it works, it works well. First one I had lasted five years, and in that time I had to dismantle and repair the handle (the anchor point for the latch spring failed, so the door would not stay shut). Replaced the first unit after it completely failed with an open box unit to save cash and to avoid having to change mounting hardware and exhaust configuration.

My previous Samsung microwave could have the timer on as well as to heat food up. And this one you can’t.

Stil have not be able to pop pop corn in it without burning it. I have a pop corn popper that suppose to work in the microwave. It worked fine in my last microwave but not this one.

When I purchase my house it was new construction unfortunately I did not get a chance 2 Buy certain appliances. The stove and the over the stove microwave were already set with installed brand GE. I had many problems with the GE but the Samsung has worked perfectly.

Great microwave for the price. The only bad thing I could say about it is you can’t use the kitchen timer why the microwave is going. No biggie though I have lots of timers

Instructions that came with microwave were a bit brief. Took me several attempts to get the kitchen timer to work and then I couldn't use some of the other options while the timer was going.

Does everything you need a basic microwave to do buttons are easy to read. Only issue is the 2nd level rack sits a cm to low sometimes large bowls don't fit without removing the rack.

Bought this unit to match our stove. Works well so far, but turntable plate gets off track easily and has to be reinstalled..

A nice microwave with many adjustable functions and features. I also like that this unit has actual buttons rather than the electronic key pad that doesn't always work as well in my opinion.

Reliable, working well 1 year in. Quickly heats my items, vent fan and light work perfectly. Great build quality, good functionalities. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced microwave.

The microwave works great and the installation was easy. It really heats things up faster than our last microwave so we have had to cut down the cook time on most things by about 30-60 seconds.

This microwave is very noisy but gets the job done. The sensor feature is hit or miss. It can overcook potatoes if you don’t stop and check it. The buttons are hard to push and the fan turns to low if you choose to use the microwave while it’s on. You can’t use the timer feature while using the microwave which is extremely irritating. It’s the best I could afford but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Installation was easy, it works fine. I have two little problems. I hate the buttons for the fan and light. If you’re using it for the first time, it’s not immediately easy to flip on the light or fan. I would just like for those buttons to stand out more as they are frequently used. Secondly, the light is near the front on the bottom and it gets extremely hot in a short period of time. I burned my hand on it. Don’t ask how, but it shouldn’t get hot enough to burn someone. It’s 2018. It should have LEDs.

I like the dual feature of having the turn table and the metal rack. The reheat feature is a fantastic feature as well, takes the guess work out of knowing how long to set the time for.

Excellent microwave, replaced it after my whirlpool started to give problems. Money well spent on this Samsung. Very happy with it. If anyone looking for a microwave I highly recommended this one or at least compare it.

Has a lot of cool features. I really like the 4 different fan speeds. Only problem is when you cook food you need to take a few seconds off what the package says cause it cooks kinda fast.

Its a good microwave. Did not get an owners manual. The panel was confusing and difficult to use. Takes more pressure than our old microwave to start any process

The microwave works fine. I have found that Samsung generally makes dependable products, from TVs to microwaves to computers. Am happy with the selection

I love shopping online where I can get the product that I want with no hassle. Perfect microwave that does everything I need it to do. Great buy!

I like everything about this product. I wish I did not have to push enter each time I add 30 seconds or just want 30 seconds. that is the only downside for me.
