Looks great, but was kind of a pain to install. We replaced a different brand and had to drill new holes and put up a different bracket. It works great though.

The install tech even scratched his head, but finally figured out the sub menus settings (such as auto Daylight Savings Time). This appears to be the only Achilles Heel thus far.

It’s a decent microwave. Sometimes it doesn’t t heat properly but I think that due to where we placed it. Overall good microwave

Love the sleek look. I had to order one since it wasn’t in stock. I had taken my old one out already so I kept this one ( the side was a bit dented). Can’t see it since it’s mounted and 80 pounds is not worth taking it out.

Installed the microwave and ran it. It made a noise after beeping when the motor stopped It was hitting something. SAMSUNG has been pretty good about getting the issue fixed

With the power and turntable, this microwave evenly heats the food quickly. Great design and plenty of heating options, strong fan that is not too loud even when on high. Solid quality.

Works as it should. I've only had it for two months. Love the LED and sleek look. I also like that you can choose for the turn table to not turn if needed.

I bought this to replace an existing unit. The install went smoothly but would have gone even better if the templates supplied with the unit were sturdier.

It's a good microwave. But the sensor cooking is unpredictable. It gets too hot. I chose beverage heating for warming milk and the whole cup including the handle became very hot.

Bought the display as the store was going out of business. Has small ding in handle which is no big deal. Did not come with the hardware to mount to the wall.

Love the unit. It is also only one that opened all the way - original purchased microwave door didn't open flush to cabinet like this one. I also like the ability to heat 2 items at the same time - there is a shelf above the rotating bottom.

Love my microwave. Compliments the rest of my Samsung kitchen appliances. Wish the stainless steal was finger print resistance

Nothing to rave about. Like easy clean interior. Wish the buttons were backlit so I could see them in the dark.

I had mine installed by Best Buy but one of the sensors was deffective, called for service and they replaced and installed the brand new one. Everyone was extremelly friendly and professional. Plus I love the color!!!

Everything we hoped for in a microwave. Did note that power rating (1000 watt) was less than our much older unit (1200) and as a result had to adjust some of our manual cooking time. The sensor is a nice touch

My cousin has this exact same microwave and I love how it looks in her kitchen and have always been amazed at how quickly it warms your food up. Would definitely recommend! the fact that it's over the range is also great. Takes up less space!

Old Samsung Microwave broke down. Went to Best Buy & they helped us get the new Samsung Microwave with the right fit since it was over the top gas range. We were able to install it ourselves.

This is a great microwave. It heats quickly and has a nice addition of a rack that can be placed inside. It has many different features to heat as well.

it takes a bit to learn the options but its nice and quiet and even the fan blower is quiet. It defrosted meat and did not cook it in the process. I was so impressed

Seems to microwave everything better than my last one. It has a dark interior which is good for hiding splatters unlike the white one I had before. It is hard to get the glass revolving dish back in after washing it.
