I bought a Samsung stove earlier in the year, so I wanted an above stove microwave. Best Buy had a good sale, so with quick help from the salesperson the purchase was made. Another great shopping experience at Best Buy!

I like about everything about this unit so will just list my minor gripes: 1. Control labels aren't intuitive, instr. manual is poor. 2. Overhead rack isn't of much value as it leaves too little head- space below.

the mic works fine..my only frustration is there was no operating brochure and the unit does many operations i have no idea how to use other than as a microwave.

Microwave works great. Fan is a little loud and the underneath lighting for the stove top is quite dim even on the brightest setting.

This was mounted in good working condition. The kitchen was newly upgraded and the technician knew exactly what to do.

So far, I love my Samsung Microwave. The black stainless steel is beautiful and is an excellent addition to our white cabinets and matte black accessories. My Fiancée is in love with her appliances.

Purchased microwave after my wife blew up our old one. Big upgrade from the one that she blew up. First time ever that Best Buy Geek Squad showed up on time for install. Hopefully upward tick continues with future purchases.

Great value priced item. Heats well and like the shelf aspect. Buttons are not a soft touch to turn on.

This microwave looks great and works great! Love that the fan has 4 settings. The control pad is a little difficult to press/register but overall a great microwave.

We purchased this along with all new appliances for our new kitchen. We had been using a cheepy counter top microwave. I didn't pay attention to the wattage in this unit and really wish I had. To heat up a coffee cup of water used to take 2 minutes and with our new fancy unit, it takes 3 and a half mins to do the same thing! If you are used to a powerful unit then choose the better Samsung unit with more power. If not, then this unit will make you happy.

We do love this new microwave. The only draw back is not having a beverage setting on it that we can figure out. Would have been nice to have gotten a user manual with it also.

Very happy that this model has an energy saving option where you can turn off the display on the clock. You also have the option of entering exact cooking times, although you have to push a few more entries.

Like the look and works great but instructions kinda sucked and it was pain to put in. If you’re not a DIY person have someone install it

We are very happy with the microwave!!! It works well, and looks very nice with the rest of the kitchen appliances. We previously had a very similar Samsung, for 9 years or so, and probably used it more then the average household.

Bought to replace an LG over the range microwave that had lots of cracks in the plastic. This has less features and the buttons are a little bit stiff.

I'm hoping this samsung microwave last longer then the one I had before. Had to go with the same style as it is over the range and didnt want to have to drill new holes.

it cooks the food evenly and quick, the only issue I have is when I'm cooking on the range the handle on the microwave gets really hot. Just have to be careful.

Very good microwave the only thing is the display could be a little bit brighter or have a back light feature. Other than that great.

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the touchpad could be more responsive. Sometimes I have to press a button a couple times

Good OTC counter microwave for the price. Find the sensor buttons a bit sensitive, though. Have to push them in the exact right spot to have it register.
