Was told by Samsung that it's due to heat from stovetop affecting the control board inside the microwave--- something they DO NOT mention as something to be concerned about. As a microwave, it might last a long long time. As a microwave operating above a stove, apparently you should be aware that the microwave's lifespan may diminish.

It makes the food cook very evenly. I use it everyday for TV dinners, heating coffee water, etc.

Installed the bottom bracket and hung the new microwave. Very happy with all the functions. Looks great with the new matching appliances. So far very happy.

Good but dim lighting
