Pleased with the microwave unit. However the digital clock display color does not match the Samsung Range clock color. One would think Samsung would have a standard color for the digital display.

It is a nice microwave but an Owner's manual was not included. I had to Google about the metal rack, etc....since I have never had one like this

Make sure you get the geek squad protection! Too many things could go wrong and it is worth it! Otherwise a great microwave at a great price!!!

I’m not too keen on change, but this microwave oven is amazing. Simply push a button and it does all the rest. Would highly recommend.

Fully satisfied with my Samsung microwave. Best Buy's installation was on time and professional. Only complaint is the black letters on a dark background make them somewhat difficult to read.

I purchased this microwave about a month ago and have really been enjoying it! The keypad is very user friendly, and the door securely shuts, which has been a problem with others that I've had in the past.

We recently replaced our convection microwave with this more traditional microwave. The microwave works as expected and the venting fan works great. We have it directly vented outside and it handles most "smells" with ease.

Its is a big change from the GE models that I have purchased in the past. Had to read the instructions to understand the probe cooking

I've owned a couple of Samsung cell phones and because they were great decided to try their microwave. It was easy to install and works like a charm. No negatives. Wow! What a bargain!

Over sized system which I was concerned with but it works well and has 4 light and fan speed controls. On step button would help. Its 2 steps. 30 and start

This microwave replaced a failing LG microwave. Its easy to use and heats food well and evenly, don't really care for the wire rack though but i guess its a cool thing to have if needed

Digital display isn’t that easy to push buttons. No automatic 1 to 5 minutes by just pressing the number. Have to press 100 for 1 minute. Don’t care for where button is located for the light underneath microwave, should be down a row. It looks nice but liked my old over range microwave lots better

Works like it should. Only thing I don't like ,unless Im just missing it, there is no 1 touch quick start buttons for 1 min, 2 min, etc..

This was a great microwave for our situation as we have a cabinet wall to the left of the microwave and no other models would work because you need additional space to the left when you open the door.

I was not happy to have to replace my old microwave. This new one was a pleasant surprise! I love it. It's quieter, love the popcorn button and the black stainless steel is a good fit with black and almond appliances.

Looks great and does it's job! The preset sensors aren't very good tho! I set it for popcorn and it only cooked half the bag!

This microwave looks good. The blue light for the clock is great! I have a head injury and the blue light doesn’t bother my eyes like other colors. The fan isn’t too loud. This is a functional item.

Got this when the door broke on my old unit. Well built, cooks quickly. Glass broke on day 3 or 4 for turntable and was sent a new one immediately, no charge. Great ever since.

It cooks food well but for being so massive, it does not have enough space for two small places to be used at once. Still I am happy with it overall.

bought all new Samsung appliances microwave went out after 2 years! bought the same one on display hope it lasts longer
