Installers spent three hours in our kitchen, could not figure out how to remove old microwave, finally left when we threw them out at 6:30 pm. Next day we waited all morning for the supervisor to drive from two states away. He had no trouble with the installation. Advice to others: arrange your own installation rather than accept a contractor from BB.
