    This microwave is nice. Easy to mount. It cAme with a cracked plate, but called Samsung and they replaced it hassle free. Samsung customer service is amazing.

    Runs great. Sensor function is awesome, reheated pizza as good or better than in a standard oven. Looks very nice in our kitchen and was easy to install.

    Only have had this item a couple weeks but it seems to work ok. My complaint would be that the mounting system and bracket is very poor!!
