This is a very large microwave. so we are using it as a counter top because there is no room for it over our range. It works perfectly.

It fit easy to install. Seems to work great. It did have a dent on yhe side of it in the front but not to noticeable after i installed it

Love the new microwave. Very clean and east to use. Only 'negative' is having to remove the internal shelf if the cup or dish is too tall.

Looks great and works great. Only con is you can't use the timer and microwave at the same time.

Looks sharp. Easy to clean. It was simple to mount where the old microwave was. The new microwave is cooking the food not the dish.

The microwave work fine. The turntable tray is a little wobbly. It still work. But you do need to be careful when you put plate of food on it for heating or putting the turntable back after cleaning. Make sure the item is center. The low fan setting doesn't do much in term of venting. You just need to use the higher fan setting.

The product is not as strong as other microwaves so be aware you may need to microwave a bit longer than normally. The buttons tend to indent overtime as you use the machine. I personally purchased the microwave to match my other appliances from Samsung. Samsung should have made the key pad better quality.

The Samsung is a nice microwave. It is easy to operate. The interior finish is far better than the standard white plastic. Typical of most microwaves, the presets don't dunction the way you would expect. The defrost feature only partially defrosts. But that's ok since it doesn't precook the food like many do on defrost! The one feature that does work well is the reheat feature. A pretty good buy overall.

We are quite happy with our new microwave. We were a little worried when other reviewers said it was loud but the fan is no louder than out old one. It amazing how much we missed the microwave when the old one broke! And this one is huge inside. We installed our selves. It was pretty straight forward but did need to find the studs and drill new holes for mounting.

I like how the microwave looks and it is much bigger on the inside than the old one. My only complaint, and reason for giving it only four stars, is because the buttons are hard to push. I'm hoping in time I will get used to it.

The product was delivered and installed and is in great working order. Love the sensor cooking and the bells and whistles this fairly basic model comes with. However, the process in getting this product has been troubling. I originally ordered a different microwave online, but after 4 weeks of not getting my online order I was told the only way to resolve was by going into a store myself. The in-store process seemed fairly straight forward and I was told I would not be charged anything additional. Now after receiving my statement, I have additional charges of $100.01 and have had zero response from the store to this dispute. Product is great, but I'm having a very hard time putting any faith in Best Buy to do the right thing anymore.

This microwave has enough of the right buttons to not confuse you. Although the potato sensor cooking button is not my favorite, it takes too long to cook a potato. The door seems flimsy for this size microwave. I got it for the 4 fan settings..and they are pretty noisy, but do the trick. Easy to clean filters. all in all it's a decent microwave for the price and I like having the extra fan speed.

We bought this as a replacement for our kitchenaid that was falling apart in our hands. It was easy to install. Love the sensor cooking.

Purchased based on price/features. Was easy to install in the previous microwave's location. Has worked very well for all our needs.

Great microwave with tons of options, a rack, and the blue enamel interior. It just has a higher end look and feel.

I like the look of the microwave. I like the removable shelf, being able to turn the turntable on and off, and the look inside that mirrors the look of the interior of the oven. BUT, the turntable itself is rickety. It does not fit in the grove perfectly so the table wobbles sometimes. Not impressed with that at all.
