its awesome looking. works great, when it works. actually had one die. then got a new one to match our other samsung items...but our last microwave lasted 20 years. this, 2? For the price. yikes.

It does not seem to heat things as fast as my old Maytag, but that might be because of the sensor cooking option. The buttons on the control pad are much harder to push to set the clock, cooking time and other operations. My oven arrived damaged from being dropped on one of the rear corners. It would not reach the mounting bracket on the bottom left corner. I didn't want to wait for another oven to be shipped in so I ended up being able to straighten it enough to mount up. I would carefully inspect the box for visible damage and open the box in store to inspect before accepting the oven.

Have only used the microwave once but so far I like the look of it haven't used it enough yet but I'm sure it will be great.

Great microwace with lots of features for a great price. Excited to learn more about it. Great interior size.

Need something that was going to replace my old microwave that crappies out. Bolted right in the old ones place and looks great.

Have only had it a month but so far is great. This Micro is much quieter then our last one. The only reason I am not giving a 5 Star is some of the printing is very small on touch screen, but so far the performance is 5 star
