    The microwave has stopped and shutdown twice when I have used it. We think it is overheating with something wrong with the venting. We called the store and they are sending us a new one. The looks and the usability are great though...I'm happy to get the exact same model back.

    Everything works fine. We installed ourselves. If you are not inclined, have an installer do it. We got lucky with the old bracket being exact to the new one. Only had to adjust top holes. Otherwise, features are nice. It warms our food. Nice.

    The inside light isn't very bright. It's hard to see the food while cooking. The control buttons aren't very sensitive to touch, have to put pressure on them. The way the exterior light, for the bottom, buttons are deceiving. It has HI/LO/Off. Push the LO and it rotates through HI, LO, and Off.
