I never realized how much my family depended on our microwave until I died hard. We were all happy to get this one. It’s a great machine. Warms quickl, sturdily made. It looks great too. Definitely worth the price.

It is a nice microwave. The only comment that I can think of is that the work light feature under the appliance is not bright enough. It has 2 settings, but even on the high setting it does not put out enough light to the stove below.

Love it . Buttons seem hard to push compared to touch buttons on all the other appliances I got. Very quiet and lots of options

First of all I love the name Samsung everything they have is great, what made this deal so sweet was it all was a package deal with great pricing and 18 month financing. We are having our home built and will install these new appliances so I will give my review then but I'm sure it will still be a 5 star rating.

The installation went well. On time and as planned

Very good unit, and a good price from Best Buy on sale. Was easy to Install. Cost less than half of the one it replaced and is just as nice. Happy with my choice.

This microwave works well. It heats food quickly and evenly. There are a good host of features, like the pizza button that I use way too much. My only complaint is that when power is lost, it forgets all of your custom settings. Personally, I hate all of the beeping that microwaves make (and it is loud enough to hear upstairs in my house), so I have it set to silent. But when we lose power, the awful sounds come back when power resumes. It seems like they could make the microwave remember your custom settings.

Still learning all the different buttons but so far it's been working great. One word of caution - if you're installing it yourself, the thing is HEAVY. Definitely use 2 people. The shelf is very handy; I've never had a microwave with a shelf before. I would recommend reading the manual and keeping it around.

Has convection feature. Cooks quickly and quietly.

The inside is huge! Very quiet while in use. The shelve is very nice, have to take it out for tall items. Tons of features and options for cooking.

As a replacement for our 7 year old Kenmore, this Samsung is a great choice. Install was relatively simple and the features are handy. Does a great job.

Honestly I read every review before buying this for my mother and I would recommend to anyone. Most 1 star reviews on more on how samsung handles their warranty process I would definitely recommend the geek squad mainly for the more streamline warranty( having swapped out my macbook and tv within a day)

We really like the microwave and it looks great in our space. If there was anything I would like better it would be that the night light be a little brighter and the inside rack is a little low. I have to take it out to put a mug in to heat. Otherwise, it's great. It heats very quickly which is nice.

The blower is very powerful and sucks up all the smoke. This is the main thing. The microwave is a plus. Bought it mainly for the blower purpose but great that the microwave is attached. Way better than the whirlpool which it replaced. I like it.

Great looking love the black stainless. This replaced a similar model in regular stainless no comparison. Works great looks great easy to operate.

This microwave came with all the bells and whistles we were looking for, including a powerful fan because we chose to vent outside instead of back into the kitchen. The fan is plenty powerful, but noisy. It takes longer to make microwave popcorn in this microwave than any other I've ever had, but other than that, nothing has taken excessively long to cook. It is also pretty wide. We put it over the stove where our old microwave had been, and its footprint is slightly bigger, which makes it hard to make the door open all the way, which is troublesome when I'm putting something large (and possibly very hot) into the microwave with both hands.

microwave looks great as part of the set. seems to work good. can't believe there's no one touch option like i've had on even the cheapest microwaves (press the one and one minute automatically starts, etc.).
