Easy to install and matches my black stainless fridge. It works great so far but haven't used all the features available yet. Arrived perfect and looks great

I’m always using my microwaves as a timer for things in/on the stove or oven.... however, when I use the timer on this microwave, I’m not able to use the microwave to cook?? So then I have to cancel the timer... then use microwave, and reset timer. Which I found was weird? My other microwaves would run, and continue the timer as well?? So! Microwave itself cooks great!! But I never knew how much I used the timer and heated things up in the microwave until now!

Had to buy the microwave to match. So far I cannot set the night light which has frustrated me. Thats my only complaint as the oven looks great and quite stylish with the matching range. Overall happy with this purchase.

Great features like plenty of space to cook and a ceramic interior for easier cleaning, like a regular oven. The stainless steel exterior doesn’t mark or get dirty so easily as the regular stainless steel as we all now. Also the light and extractor features can be adapted for the situation. The control panel is responsive to the touch. The installation instruction manual included where not for the model I bought but the installers look for help on the internet and found the correct manual. At this point I really like it. Let see how it keeps in the future.

Really good looking Microwave. Love the 4 speed fan and the two settings for the exterior light. I like that the interior matches the range and it is not just white.

Nice replacement item with up to date functions / features. Fits nicely and looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

Samsung microwave-easy to install. looks stylish. not crazy about the free floating wheels for the turntable but functional..

We use the microwave all the time very easy to use very quiet cooks quick and thorough it’s nice.

Microwave is excellent. Love all the features plus it has bright lights underneath for lighting the stove. It is stylish plus the chrome is very easy to clean. The handle is very sturdy and curves out so your fingers never touch the front of the microwave. By far the best microwave I've purchased.

Our microwave broke down and we needed a new one quick. We bought this one and we're extremely happy. It has a beautiful interior and layout and has worked without fail. The only thing that would improve it is if it had shortcuts such as warming for a minute just by pressing the "1" button.

I bought the Samsung over the range microwave MODEL: ME18H704SF. So far is great, does its job as advertised. The best features are that it has a turn table type of glass surface and it has a popcorn button. CONS: None that I found at this point. Would recommend to a friend without hesitation.

Nice micro. Has all the bells and whistles that you would want. Tray inside tips from side to side for some reason. Checked others at store and they all did the same thing. Still works great.

Samsung has added some more features and quick buttons from the previous models of this microwave. The interior has a nice look and feel as well.

Whole unit is a little cheap. Looks nice but door doesn't really align all that great. Also, side dents easily when lifting to install. Cooks quickly and evenly, so it does what it's supposed to.

I have to say that this microwave reheats our meals very well. I think that this Samsung microwave is top notch for the money. It is definitely the best bang for the buck with the amazing stainless steel finish!

Bought this to go with the other appliances, it works well as a microwave but doesn't seem to heat things up as quick as our previous one. Buttons are set up a little odd, but all in all it works well and matches

I do not like the black color inside the microwave. I cannot clearly see what I am heating or cooking even with the light on.

So far I like my microwave. It’s big and looks good. I wish it had a short cut for beverages though.

Went from a very basic over the range microwave to this Samsung. Love the look, the space it has, and all the features. I have to say I am a bit hesitant to utilize all the features. Must read manual to know more.

The only issue I have with this microwave is that you can't one touch a 30 sec or 1-5 minute quick start. It takes more steps.
