The mounting was not as stable as it should have been without shiming. It does heat effectively and the price was right.

My wife thought she killed the first one when she let cleaner seep into the electronics. After we installed the second one my son plugged the old one in for kicks and it worked. Now we both have Samsung microwaves.

All the controls are easy to use and pretty straight forward. I've felt was some microwaves that are harder to program than a VCR! The only down side is the inside is not very bright.
