This microwave works great, but be aware that you cannot use the microwave and the kitchen timer at the same time! My old microwave from 15 years ago could do both at the same time!

Great product- some of the reviews posted about this product were very negative, but I have found it to be, pleasant to look at, easy to clean and operate, and the increased power of the our system is great- (though on high setting a little noisy). Overall no complaints, so far very happy!!

Price is reasonable especially when $100 off. Easily installed with same bracket as other one. Hopefully this one will last more than a year.

Replaced an older GE oven. Price was great and the oven looks and works really well. Always satisfied with my Samsung products.

it works like most other microwaves. I like some of the intelligent features for rewarming foods etc. the touch buttons seem a little difficult to work sometimes. Don't always seem to acknowledge my touch.

I had to replace my microwave and this was a perfect size and fit and price made it an even better deal.

We enjoy having our new Microwave by Samsung, easy functions, cooks well, enjoy the down-light. One thing I would add though, is light up key pad for evening use, otherwise, perfect, really!

My previous microwave moved on to the world of dead ones. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Best Buy carried microwaves. I had previously not thought of them carrying this type of item and was very happy that they did. I chose this particular unit as a perfect replacement size and style wise. It works great. Best Buy also arranged at a very reasonable extra price for it's installation for me. The installers were very good and I am very well pleased with the whole process being so easy.

This microwave is very solid. The display is nice. It defrosts without cooking and cooks wonderfully also. It is easier to clean on the inside and the shelf offers the capability of cooking/or heating two things at once. I am very glad we purchased this item.

I purchased this microwave in a bundle package. It's makes the ambiance of the kitchen looks amazing. Stainless steel Samsung appliances are great.

Nice looking stainless steel microwave that matches the stove. It works as it is suppose to - nothing great or terrible about it - one item we noted was that you can not use the microwave to heat anything if the timer is going.....unlike any previous microwave we owned. Was told this is the new standard with microwaves. Overall we are happy with it.

Awesome - love the look, easy to install (my husband did it), the buttons are a little hard to press but you get used to it. Easy to clean

The door closes forcefully and the automatic popcorn setting does not seem to work. It looks nice but it does not work as well as my previous one.

Love our new microwave, heats well, and is big enough for multiple dishes. Controls are easy to use and understand. Unit looks good, easy install.

I really like the amenities this microwave offers. The rack is nice for warming/cooking multiple things and I really like the +30 sec option. This is a really nice microwave for the money.

We purchased the new Samsung convection oven, and it had the nice rubbed steel finish. Our over the top microwave "died" along time ago, and we had a counter top since then. We were lucky, as this Samsung we purchased was "open box" so we got a great price. We decided to purchase it, and I am really glad we did. It looks great, it cooks very nicely. I put the counter microwave away for whenever someone in my family may need it, and it allows so much more space for me. So, yes, with the extra good price we paid, I am very happy with it and it works wonderfully.

This is my second purchase of this model microwave. I bought the first one almost 3 years ago. It was a good microwave in all respects, but it died in less than 3 years. I bought the second one because of the ease of installation since it was the same model it replaced. I hope the short useful life of the first microwave was an aberration. These are too expensive to break so quickly. Would be 5 stars if it lasted.

This unit is a perfect match for the Gas Range that we bought earlier. The unit met all expectations and is of high quality which gives our kitchen the gourmet appearance that my wife was looking for.
