I like this microwave. It is quiet running and meet my family needs. The buttons are hard to work but everything else is good.

Got this in the black stainless to match my other appliances. It’s pleanty large inside and very easy to use. Great purchase.

Just a few stupid things I don't like about my new micro 1-the under the microwave light is not bright enough 2-the all black interior shows more spots and splatters than my all white one did

performs functions of a microwave. Only issue for this one is that the panel is not very sensitive. Have to push hard. Dont know if there is a setting for that though.

Easy to clean. Cooks well. The numbers and buttons are difficult to read in the dark. The auto cook sensor doesn't work well for all foods (reheat)

This is a great looking microwave, I want to change all my appliances to black stainless now! This unit does what it is intended to do. The only thing is the exhaust fan is really that quite.

Easy to install. Looks great and made such a difference in our kitchen. This was our first stainless steel piece and will be back for more!

Great for the price (it was on sale as well)! Nice size for average use. Cooks great, buttons are easy to use. Fan is good.

right off the bat the lights didnt work. My GSP covered it and fixed it. I love the microwave and it looks super sexy. The auto cook function works better than expected for leftovers!

I had difficulties with installation since manual was for another product. After a few youtube videos, I was able to manage. Like the functionality. Like the rack for dual usability.

I highly recommend this Samsung microwave. There is a 30 second quick heat button, that warms my food better than my old unit at 1minute. The stainless steel unit is beautiful and it has a shelf, that allows you to heat 2 plates at the same time.

Have been very pleased with microwave. Like the appearance of the black stainless steel. Easy to clean with very little finger prints appearing.

Looks good, works fine. The fan is very powerful; it is almost too loud at the highest setting but it works great. The only other complaint I have is that the soft buttons are not back-lit.

It does the job. The menus are unnecessarily obtuse. Why have a display at all if you need a reference sheet to decipher the programming. It's a microwave, not a computer from 1978.

We couldn't be happier. Did a lot of research before choosing the Samsung. It has a lot to offer at a very good price and was easy to install.

The microwave works well as it should. It is a little bit larger than my other but it needed to be for the exhaust fan for my new stove.

Heats well and quickly. Sturdy. Comfortable handle. A little complicated to determine air flow for in-house venting but eventually did it correctly. (Just make sure you do it right before attaching to wall like I did! ;) ) As another reviewer mentioned, the buttons are a bit hard to push, but I'm getting used to it. Wish there was an auto Add Minute option and an easier timer.

The microwave looks great, works as expected and has made the wife happy. Customer service pick up was easy.. in and out
