This microwave has lots of bells and whistles that we don't use nor really needed but it's nice! It took quite a few days to get it operational as there was no manual with it and after contacting support, we were told we had to view the manual online...that's fine but it would have been nice to know that with the arrival of the microwave.

This microwave is very nice. It functions just the way it should. My whole family uses it every day and we have not had any problems since we got it.

This was bigger than our old one. Has 4 fan speeds and several ligt settings. It came with an up duct for exhaust. Had to change to back exhaust.

Nice look and many cooking options. Easy open and close. Matches the range perfectly and easy to install!

The microwaves that we were wanting were not in stock, but the sales rep found one on the floor that had an open box. We were able to get a better microwave than the one we wanted because of the open box pricing.

This is just a great buy. I saw it a several other retailers at a higher price. The only negative comment is the interior is also black. White would be better

This is my second Samsung microwave and I would recommend it to anyone. I found it to be user friendly and I really like the change of color inside to black from the other one I had that was white.

This is a big and great microwave, it has a lot of features.

This microwave looks and works very well. The exhaust fan for over the stove is very powerful as well. My only complaint is that the microwave is a little loud when running, but that is not a big deal.

This unit was our 2nd choice as my wife and I purchased all new kitchen appliances. Since our original choice of refrigerator was no longer available, we had to go shopping again and settled on the Samsung line of appliances. All the items we purchased including this microwave look and function great! We are happy with our purchase. I even installed it myself and practiced up on a few of my cuss words. Seriously though, the install was not that bad.

This microwave was easy top install and it works great.

I would recommend this microwave . I love all the features and looks awesome too
