Very well designed and easy to use with all the features

It works very well, heats quickly. Easy to clean as well.

Nice space saver. Lots of room inside for cooking or just heating something up. Also the exhaust works very nice.

The product is good looking and all the features looks good. The only problem is that in some of the button, you need to know what to do next. There is no prompt. e.g. when you cook something and you press the required button, it won't ask how much weight. You need to know yourself how to put the weight. But Samsung Customer service was very prompt and helpful.

We bought this microwave as a replacement for the original microwave in the house. It is very nice and cooks foods as we expect it to do. I would buy this again.

I've been using this Samsung over the stove microwave for about a year and a half now. Only issue I had was with power draw. It ended up messing up the circuitry in an LED lighting fixture on the same circuit. I found out when I replaced the LED fixture with a halogen one and noticed the lights do a quick single "flicker" each time the microwave would start up and turn off. This current draw shouldn't affect the halogens, but it's the only rational explanation for the LED fixture failure that was only 2 years old at the time and failed about a week after the microwave install. I don't blame the microwave at all. I wanted a powerful one and this Samsung packs a punch. I blame my wiring setup in a 30 year old home that was originally set up for an older style range hood with fan & light. You might want to make sure your microwave wiring is on it's own circuit before installing. With all that said, it's a good microwave. Nothing super-special, but it gets the job done.

After the old 18 year old microwave packed up I wanted something that was better and this ticks the boxes...great look with lots of presets to make using it alot easier. It also comes with a metal grill that can make this two layered...awesome! For the price you can't go wrong and the fan is one of the best I've seen on a microwave!

Very good value for the price. Does not feel as solid as some of the higher end models, but works great.
