Waited two weeks with no resolutions as customer service (or lack thereof) was a joke. Will give it another try by purchase it in store instead of online.

I haven't noticed getting spots in the food I'm heating that doesn't heat up. It's easy to figure out the different functions. The glass tray rotates as it heats so you get an even heating of the food. I would recommend this microwave. Very nice.

The door opens & closes smoothly & the design is very appealing. It certainly was worth a little extra money to get a quality appliance. As a landlord I don't want to be bothered with having to replace things. We are very happy & the service at Best Buy was fantastic!

I don't like that it doesn't have one-button cook times. I don't like that the light can't be programmed to come on/go off automatically like my last unit.

My only complaint is that it has a light humming/buzzing sound coming from the keypad when not in use. I ordered another one and it also hums. Would have gone with a different microwave, but already had the bracket in place.
