    We've had this microwave for 3.5 years now and I have never loved it. I works perfectly fine, and I love the dark interior. However, I have little peccadilloes that to this day still make me wish we had not chosen this unit... *Buttons can be hard to push/register (even after 3+ years). *The 30-seconds button doesn't start automatically (you have to hit the start button too), *Door always seems to be a bit crooked *The fingerprints... good heavens, it constantly needs cleaned.

    I use these in the kitchens I build because they have a relatively large 400cfm exhaust, I always try to vent my kitchens, and they work well as microwaves, its very handy to have a microwave with a good exaust right over the range.

    Our first model would overheat and shut off after 4-5 mins of use. Best Buy was good about replacement in a timely manner. We got this microwave as part of a package and it seems fine -- no fancy bells and whistles but very good every day use. Hoping it lasts...only had installed for about a week, but so far so good.
