This one does not automatically start when hitting the 30 seconds button and I don't like the way it pops popcorn or defrosts. I miss the features of my old one but this works ok for reheating. For the price, get a better one.

The only thing wrong is when I removed it from the box there was scratches and marks on the door. We have tried many things but I can not get them off.

The exhaust fan works well and I love the LED light feature over the range. I use the cooking sensor feature all the time and it makes a quick meal easy.

We loved that one and specifically looked for one exactly like it and you had a sale going on. That's like a Togo. We knew what we wanted and it was on sale.

Had to install new back plate and drill new holes in the upper cabinet but installation was simple and every thing worked as described. Love the time complete signal that is not constant but is a reminder.

The concept was easy enough, but samsungs "self aligning screws" came warped out of the box.had to get new screws, then it was fine. Also, the door doesn't shut perfectly every time, again, just an irritant. Performance overall is good.

Always ensure that the door seals are clean and that no grime or residue gets on them since this could prevent the microwave's door from closing properly. Wash the glass door with very mild soap and water. Be sure to use a soft cloth to avoid scratching.
Sometimes you might see a little water collect inside or outside the oven door. If you do, just wipe it off with a soft cloth. This is only condensation from humidity in the air (or in the microwave) and can happen anytime you're using your microwave.
