I do like the microwave especially the inside color!

This model has very easy to use and convenient control features. 90% of the time, we push one button to start the microwave. we really like that the finish does not show fingerprints like our previous stainless steel microwave did.

heats evenly and quickly, really impressed with the power and 4 speeds of the exhaust fan.

low price - decent features. +30 second button does not work as other microwaves - one must push 'Start' to actually start (start not included as is normal). Installation bracket very flimsy - but seems secure enough - one of the 'prongs' got a little bent during installation. Power of 1000 watts OK - more would be nicer - but again, this is low cost. The unit also had minor denting damage on the top after I unpacked it - did not decide to return it because I felt it would not affect operation or appearance. Overall build quality is marginal (thin metal, lots of plastic outside). Fit and finish looks good - matches other Samsung appliances well.

Only have had it in use for a few weeks. It is has performed very well at this point. Still getting to know it. Our last microwave was built in 1985 so expect this to be much improved.

It was easy to install just had to drill two new hole's using guide sheet include. Used old guide rack on back wall to hold up. In and out in about hour and half.

I like the microwave. Buttons can be hard to press, however. Also had to return the first one as it was damaged. I do like all of the features, and it works well.

Had a countertop microwave for the longest until it finally went out. With this new one my kitchen looks a lot better and complete with the rest of the stainless steel appliances. And is good sized to fit most stuff.

As usual a great product at a great price. Service at Best Buy is always excellent.

I purchased this microwave oven to replace another Samsung microwave that stopped working. This was a much newer model and has many more features than my old one. I use it every day and have not had any problems with it.

The Samsung microwave operates quietly, warms/cooks quickly and has clean lines that give it a sleek look. The filter pops out for easy cleaning and, best of all, the 4 fan speeds mean I do not have to have a roaring sound to remove steam and odors.

looks great, works great..couple of times it ran without heating...it happens when u press some wrong buttons ..the microwave goes into demo mode...called customer servce and they walked through the process to fix it
