It was difficult to hang so I would recommend having Best Buy install it when they deliver it. Our package was missing the screws and we had to order them online so took a while to get it installed.

If you use the timer, it very softly beeps 4 times---nothing more. You can barely hear it---every other microwave I have owned had constant loud beeps til you shut it down.

Hi lighting is the equivalent of Lo on my old GE Spacesaver. This makes it difficult for cooking on the stove top. Also, the dark interior of the microwave is hard to get used to, but that will probably go away with time and I was aware of that when I purchased the oven. The poor lighting, however, really keeps me from giving the microwave an overall excellent rating.
