We did a self install and had trouble with the screws that hold the microwave to the upper cabinet. The mounting bolt inside the microwave actually broke when the screw did not thread correctly. Neither screw would work. When I called my local Best Buy where I purchased the microwave they decided to send out a new microwave and pick up the damaged one. I am VERY happy with that level of service. When I received the replacement I tested the screws first, they took a few turns to thread. When we put it in place the screws threaded correctly and the mounting to the wall went well. I highly recommend testing the mounting screws before putting the microwave up.

Bought it in a suite for size, color and style match. Keypad is very hard to press, as noted by others. The graphics on the pad are impossible to read in low light. The finish of the unit is poor with a lot of sharp edges. The micro seems to work fine, so far but Samsung cut too many corners with this model
