Great Microwave

There are a lot of functions, I keep learning how to use a new one every day. Dropped a star because of two minor things: the glass rotating tray gets bumped off of the base easily and it takes a minute to get it lined up. Also, the clock loses about 2 minutes per month, not a huge deal, but since it sits above my range, I am always resetting it to make them match (range keeps perfect time).

I have 3 Samsung TV's, & a Samsung Washer & Dryer so I know the reliability factor when it comes to Samsung products, they are fantastic. Did not have a clue on how to install a over the stove microwave until I watched a uTube video & they step you threw the process & it all worked out great for me. This microwave works great & was a "piece of cake " to mount. I highly recommend it to everyone , you can't go wrong with Samsung if you ask me. Lastly, it was very reasonably priced too.

Worked amazing until one day last week when the fan turned on by itself and then the thing would not heat anything up. Called Support and they have someone coming out this week. Hoping it is an easy fix. This is the first microwave I have ever had break down. I like the Samsung products but this is the second appliance I have had to have work done on.
