Had to replace existing microwave due to its age. Not a higher microwave user, but so far this one is pretty good. Easy to install.

Does what it is suppose to do....warm up food.....

I was looking for a microwave that looked great, worked well and didn't cost a ton of money. After reading alot of reviews on many different microwaves, I decided to go to Best Buy and look at them in person. I knew once I saw this microwave, it would look great in my place. Since having it for over a month now, it works great and looks great. I originally wanted a less expensive microwave but after reading all the reviews on the less expensive ones, I knew I would regret it and spent the extra money on this model. You won't be disappointed with spending a little more money on this model because it looks like a very high end and works great.

The microwave works great, but when we were installing it, there was a mistake on the template that they give you.

Microwave has decent features, not too many but the ones you use. Replacement of the previous microwave was very simple and took about an hour to de-install the old one and mount the new one.

Works wells and is quiet, does not have all the features but I would not most of the the more expensive one have

It’s a great product with the exception of the obvious ease of denting. We drove an hour to pick one up because it wasn’t available anywhere close to my area. After opening it we found a big dent in the side. We returned it and had to wait about ten days for another one to arrive, and it too is dented only smaller this time. We unfortunately gave up and installed it. This is disappointing as I am a supporter of Samsung products even after reading many negative reviews on their microwaves and was replacing a Samsung that was less than five years old.

Very sleek looking and works wonderfully. It is quiet and has lots of settings for heating all kinds of food.

It looks great. Reason for a four was installation a little confusion. You have to try and figure them out. After that, not bad at all

I wanted a simple model without the convection cooking or probe cooking, but with a very strong 4-speed fan since it is an over the range model. Easy to use, powerful, slick, clean simple look.

I love the microwave. The only thing we could have asked for is that the wall plate to secure the microwave was included in the purchase. It was not and made things a little complicated.

Nice model, has all the buttons we need except the 1 minute, 2 minute buttons, etc. has plenty of room, it’s huge! Does popcorn sense and other meals similar. I like it

Don’t make the same mistake I did. The handle is NOT stainless and discolored when I sprayed oven cleaner on it. Yes, I know it’s not an oven but the cleaner is safe for stainless steel. Now I have a weird looking handle. Good microwave but honestly I think our old fossil cooked things hotter, faster. Works as it should and looks nice but collects lots of oil residue very quickly over the stove.
