If you are buying a microwave, make sure it has the ceramic enamel inside. It is much easier to clean. I'm lovin my microwave.

Love this except for I miss being able to put the kitchen timer on while using the microwave

I've always hated that the interior of Microwaves are white. Shows all the dirt.. I was in Best Buy and opening all the Microwaves to check the quality of the doors. All of a sudden I opened one and it had the Blue Grey interior that a normal oven has. I also noticed the sign that said "Samsung Number One in Consumer satisfaction" and I was sold. Basically I bought the Non-White interior and the microwave came with it. Seems to have all the normal features and works well. DOESN'T SHOW EVERY LITTLE SPATTER LIKE THE WHITE INTERIOR ONES DO.

very easy installation, instructions were very good and this microwave is the exact match to our range. everyone thinks it is one unit. we love it.

Bought to replace older unit of different brand. Got this because it was the only one in stock and didn't want to wait. Fairly easy install with a buddy, but did require different top mounting holes be drilled through the cabinet. You'd think these manufacturers could standardize these things, but it's probably a secret kickback scheme with the cabinet makers to require new cabinets along with a new cabinet-mount mikerwave. Anyway. Doesn't have the convenient one-touch heating for 1-6 minutes like other models. All the heating requires keying in the time and then tapping start. The add 30 seconds requires tapping that and tapping start. Pretty much it doesn't start until you touch start. Touch pad is kind of oddly labeled; after two months, still have trouble operating the fan and light. The four-speed fan operates on two buttons, the two-brightness light on one. I'd give the user interface on this thing a one-star. Fairly quiet operation. Good for people who want to press lots and lots of buttons.

Very-pleased with purchase! I purchased the entire Samsung suite (Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher & Microwave in stainless-steel!) I love the fan-feature & the fact that it vents out of the top of unit, above you, while your cooking on the stove. Also, enjoy the light that shines on to the range & the removable cleanable filter, that you can drop into the dishwasher for a periodic-cleaning! Nice unit, for the price.
