Dead Microwave

The first thing we noticed was you cannot run the microwave and the microwave timer at the same time. That was a huge disappointment. We would not have purchased it if we had known this. And as of today, June 29, 2020, it no longer works! It died while I was warming food for 30 seconds! We checked the wall outlet for power, which was fine, and even plugged it in to another outlet. It still did not work. The only good thing I can say about it is it's very easy to clean.

Had this microwave at my old house and bought it to replace a Frigidaire that died after 13 months in my new house. Install was easy, although having a second person to help you guide it as you line it up on the wall would be helpful. Love the smooth open and close of the door. Very smooth. So much easier to open and close than the Frigidaire. The beep is the perfect volume. Great microwave. Nothing negative to say about it.

I love the looks of the unit and the features! the sensor can tell how many potatoes I am cooking and cooks them perfectly!!! very happy all around!!
