    Microwave good. Install documentation sucks

    Great microwave so far (other than dark inside). The installation documentation is terrible! The template for the installation holes are off, the installation manual is not easy to read and instead of having the mounting bracket in a separate section of the box they attach some of it to the unit and the screws separately! I just installed the fridge, stove and dishwasher from Samsung and they installed without issue but the microwave guys need to learn from the other product division. Dude!

    Charged it out, got the bill for it and won't get it until April!!!! Kind of hard to pay for something you won't get for a month and a half yet!!!!!

    Don't know tge person who came to install said he couldn't unless we cut our cabinets...um no...waiting for next person

    Door does not line up with rest of microwave. Looks weird when installed. Second one to replace first was installed and had exact same problem.

    Piece of garbage. Stopped working after 1 month. Good thing I had my 20 year old countertop microwave as a backup, or dinner would be COLD!!!!

      Using the exhaust fan(vents) and the microwave is still possible for this microwave. It's just that the speed will decrease when the oven's cooking function is activated. Please see the notes for the details.
